Bagnal Law Firm is a litigation firm based in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, serving Horry and Georgetown counties. The Firm's primary focus is serious-exposure criminal defense and select personal injury matters. We handle the legal matters affecting your liberty, livelihood and future with precision and discretion.
Rather than operating as a high-volume practice, Bagnal Law Firm intentionally maintains a selective caseload, allowing each matter to receive the attention, preparation and strategic consideration it deserves. This approach allows the Firm to develop meaningful attorney-client relationships, understand each client's objectives, and tailor its representation to the circumstances of each case in pursuit of desired outcomes.
Founded by Dylan Bagnal, a former Senior Assistant Solicitor with the 15th Judicial Circuit Solicitor's Office, Bagnal Law Firm is specifically designed to handle contentious, high-stakes criminal and personal injury matters. Dylan B. Bagnal
I was born and raised in Aynor, South Carolina. After graduating Aynor High School, I attended Clemson University and later earned my law degree from the Charleston School of Law.
I began my legal career as a prosecutor at the 15th Judicial Circuit Solicitor's Office in Conway, South Carolina and was later promoted to Senior Assistant Solicitor of Georgetown County. During my tenure at the Solicitor's Office, I worked alongside exceptional attorneys and legal professionals, and gained valuable experience trying murder and narcotics-trafficking cases to jury verdicts as well as second-chair roles in two high-profile double murder trials and various other felony prosecutions.
Those years preparing and trying serious criminal cases shaped my understanding of what serious legal matters demand, the necessity of excellent courtroom advocacy and the profound effect the legal system may have on people's lives.
I founded Bagnal Law Firm to bring that experience and perspective to private practice.
